Q: What do you mean by Dissolution of partnership by notice ?

Ans: According to section 43 of partnership act, 1932, the  dissolution of partnership will be applicable and the partnership can be dissolved by notice if all the members have made partnership at will.  

If the partnership is not made by will, the partnership can not be dissolved by notice.
